We are conducting a research study to determine whether children with attention problems have cognitive or learning problems that could explain why so many affected children have peer relationship problems and academic difficulties. We hope that this information will help in the development of new treatments for children with attention and learning problems. |

Over two 3-hour visits scheduled at your convenience (weekend and evening appointments are available) your child would: · Work with a research assistant doing brain teasers, computer games, and tests of reading, math, spelling, memory and learning. You would: · Complete an interview and some questionnaires. |

We are looking for boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 12 with and without a history of attention problems. Families may earn up to $100 dollars and obtain clinical feedback regarding their child’s emotional, behavioral, academic, and neuropsychological functioning. Children will receive a small prize
